Rules for all themes
You may not edit the graphics or css to your liking. This means that if you don't like the text color, too bad, don't use the theme. It also means you can't edit the graphics by applying a pink hue or putting your name on them. Do not edit the theme in any way.
Do not ask for themes to be edited. It's not gonna happen. You can ask for another version to be made, but the themes that are posted are at 100%. Just because you want something changed doesn't mean it should be.
Redistributing themes is absolutely not allowed. So you think one here is cool and think it should be on tektek? That's up to the artist, not you. Do not upload themes that are not your own, ever. Uploading the themes you see here on tektek or any other website is strictly forbidden.
If you use an old school (classic) layout, you must switch your profile type to custom. You know the box you past the css code into? Just above that is a drop-down menu, and that's where you'll find the custom option. This will solve all of your problems.
Vaginal Soup's Rules
You may use my themes as templates, but you will need to completely change it. You have to use your own images and change the css enough to the point where you wouldn't know it was originally mine. I would also like some credit for the template in the css or something, though it's not necessary. If you're unsure of how to do that, just copy and paste this in at the top or bottom of your css:

Pilot Pirouette's Rules
It is forbidden to take any images from the themes, all artwork was done by Pilot herself. Using themes as templates is not allowed. ...Or she'll eat you.
